Colin O’Hara 

Director of Operations
United States Army
Former Commander - 38th Ordinance Company (EOD)


Colin was directly responsible for identification, render-safe, transportation and disposal of conventional, chemical, biological and nuclear munitions and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). He deployed to Iraq in 2009 with the 725th Ordinance Company and conducted humanitarian demining missions in N’Djamena, Chad with 63rd Ordinance Company, where he trained the Chadian military in EOD operations.

Kevin VanHoose

Director of Compliance & Training

United States Air Force

Kevin is an experienced Master Patrol Officer who has conducted complex criminal investigations and has provided security for celebrities and even Air Force One. He serves as a security instructor for the State of Florida and is an Advanced Glock Armorer. In 2006 he received an award for heroism when he and another officer risked their lives crawling through smoke and flames to pull a handicapped man from a fully engulfed house fire.

Kerry Tanner

Director of Special Operations

United States Marine

Kerry is the former commander of a law enforcement SWAT Team, Dive Team and EOD unit. He has planned and executed high risk search warrants, rescued hostages and confronted barricaded suspects. He is an FBI certified Bomb Technician and ATF adjunct instructor. He has provided protection for the King of Spain, Governor of Florida and President of the United States. In 2003 he was awarded the Law Enforcement Medal of Honor for engaging a suspect who fired upon him and members of his SWAT Team.

Jesse Harrigan

Chief Executive Officer

Jesse has conducted counter insurgency operations in foreign countries, responded to natural disasters and provided protection for celebrities and those experiencing threat of violence. He has designed and managed successful security operations for over 200 entities, including  attractions, educational facilities, communities and largescale events. In 2006 he earned a combat action medal for engaging enemy forces while deployed to Ramadi, Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
